WeWork is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to help lead its sales efforts in the Chilean market. This full-time position reports to the Sales Manager and is based in Santiago and will be part of our growing Sales division. The successful is diligent with a proven track record in sales. The most of part of the day is be responsible for prospecting, outreaching, and generating Enterprise companies leads in their market. The Sales Lead will be responsible to pitch, tour, and close sales deals in all WeWork locations across their market. Would you like to be part of a team passionate about growing. He/she should also be a self starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver phenomenal revenue targets.
50% Inbound lead management, 30% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc; 20% Existing sales pipeline management
Encouraging and maintaining small and midsize business relationships
Partner with New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow up of new members
Utilizing innovative and creative sales tactics
Regional support; 10% travel
3-6 years of sales or experience
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience in Commercial real estate sales, B2B business solution or Business Development.
Phenomenal negotiate skills.
Ability to penetrate new markets
Presentation and interpersonal skills required
Detail orientation and organization skills required
Strong verbal and written communications skills in English.
