This role is based out of with a travel expectation of around 50%. The person in this role must be able to effectively engage and influence employees, managers and senior leadership. The role is responsible for the regional implementation of existing and new sales training initiatives, assisting in the progression of new trainers, mentoring for sales performance and supporting the WeWork Growth team as required!
What you will do:
The Senior Sales Trainer is a hands-on role that provides “outstanding” sales training facilitation and mentorship to the (insert region) Growth team. The role is crucial in leading and executing our growth initiatives, providing the highest level of support for sales teams and leadership as they strive for functional perfection.
This position will report into the Regional Sales Training Manager – (Mexico) and will be part of the Colombia team.
Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences.
Take ownership (with Regional Manager oversight) of specific regional team OKRs, taking input and assessing needs from key partners, building creative solutions and independently impact the related metric(s).
Perform as a Sales Training Coach for Regional Sales Trainers, assisting in their development/ certification.
Serve as a consultant to the regional Sales leaders to define the region/market training priorities and prioritization on an ongoing basis, with a clear and measurable business goal in mind.
Localize and implement global programs to scale sales training across the market, based on the regional team needs and market dynamics.
Collaborate closely with other key support areas to tap into connections in training programs.
Mentorship for the intermediate levels of the sales organization.
Bachelor degree or higher is required Position Prerequisites for Internal Candidates
Accrued One Year (60 training days) of Training Time or equivalency (mentorship or one-off training interventions)
Met critical metrics – as assessed by the Regional Sales Training Manager
Certified in TWO additional programs (Additional to Sales Kick Off)
Scored an average of 8 or higher on Facilitation Academy Skill Rubric (in session or in Facilitator Academy)
Have ability in the following: Partner Needs Assessment // Creative Problem Solving//

For External Candidates
5+ years in an L&D or Sales Training organization.
Experience in presenting and consulting with leaders and partners at all levels of an organization, with a consistent track record of establishing relationships and the ability to be a strategic partner in needs assessment, planning and implementation.
Outstanding facilitation skills, with proven self-confidence and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience.
Eye for business and Sales familiarity, real estate experience a bonus.
Proven track record in mentorship for performance.
Experience crafting and delivering learning programs to reflect knowledge in adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
